How To Add a Parallax Background Effect

If need to design a layout area with a Parallax scrolling effect, add a new row and follow the nest steps

Open for editing the row settings panel.

Upload the Parallax background image clicking on the "Upload image" button.

Select the "BG Image Attachment" option to "Parallax" and the "BG Image Size" to "cover".
